Sheree & Stephen called tonight to say that Jennise and I have a meeting on Monday at 4pm with Marina Nieto at NBC. Marina is a Development exec in the 1-hour drama division. She read our Without a Trace and "really, really, really liked" it. (The three reallys was pointed out by Sheree, so not an exaggeration.)

This meeting is to now meet with us and get a feeling for our personalities, and to get on the list at NBC of approved writers for one-hour. This means that one obstacle to getting on staff is removed; we would already have Network approval to work there. Apparently, they're also looking for writers on a couple of shows, including Las Vegas which has a diversity slot available.

I'll update later on Monday about how it goes. We have pilots to read, and need to brush up on NBCs shows, so our homework is cut out for us (not to mention ANOTHER rewrite of our Joan -- but we're getting closer!!).
