After getting some imput from VP staff, I have decided to stick with Faceless in the House of Night for my workshop manuscript. Majorily relieved as the novel really isn't anywhere near a place where I can show it. Takes the heat off and I can slow down to work out story line--I don't have to send them anything new.

My intuition keeps telling me the book has to end in Zion, Utah. I have no idea how my characters will get there, but I guess/hope/pray it will come to me. Zion's cliffs, the smell of sage, the sky's deep blue or roiling with thunder clouds--it's in my soul. My father took us to Zion when I was a child and David and I have taken our children there twice.

I want to write a battle on Angel's landing. I want a chase up Virgin River into the Narrows. I want my Lost Angels to connect to Zion and be saved. I just have to figure out how to get there.

Recurring dreams: Losing things and people in big resorts. I am in this big fancy holiday place with fountains and stuff and I have lost my wallet or my friend. Wonder what that means.

My daughter's artwork is there. She is a genius. I am not biased--go check it out.
