Joe and I went to the dentist today. No cavities. I was so anxious about going there and having to tell them about the divorce and Joe's illness. We showed up and my dental hygenist says to me, "I am getting a divorce too and my son is in therapy!" There must be something in the air. She cleaned my teeth and we ranted about exes and it was fine. Joe was okay, actually came out of it in better spirits than when he went in. He's been having a rough time the last few days. I am not sure what is going on, but it's so sad and frustrating when he takes those steps backward. Well, we've been here before. Dr. Mik says two steps forward, one step back. Karate was fun. We did bear hugs. Brad was carrying me around, which is always fun. :) I still can't stand him, but he's okay. It was me and three big guys again. I love that. They tease me, I kick their butts and then they giggle. Men are so cute! |
