Had trouble sleeping last night, for a few reasons. One being I may be putting up a bid for a house, today. A house. My house. It will be in my name. I can keep it, sell it, rent it, leave it to the kids. I can fix it up, tear it down, paint it, plant trees, not worry about non cat rentals, no leases, lower taxes, fixing the plumbing, what if there are termites? All mine. The idea leaves me breathless. I am taking my mother and son to see it. My mother is has a great sense of house chi. If she says she hates it, then I won't get it, but if she loves it, I have to make the big decision. Sometimes, you take a single step and you find yourself in a different universe. |
