I have been enjoying life lately, watching movies, seeing a kick ass concert with my sis a coula weeks ago, and working on one of the most fun performances I've been involved with. I also took my CBEST exam and as long as I passed it, I can start subbing soon, which takes care of my job problems. I am also moving back in with my brother over my newport beach, which is very fun and very rent free. I've seen some ultra cool indy movies, which I must say, should be seen by all, Frida and Real Women Have Curves. Both were awesome. I've also seen just about everyting else lately, the only thing I have complaints about really are the horribly rude and generally annoying audiences I've been surrounded by in each show lately, even the concert I say, Cher's farewell tour, with Cyndi Lauper (Cyndi's the reason I wanted to go, not really a big Cher fan, but I've been a huge Cyndi Lauper Fan since I was little, we're talking kindergarten) I wanted to punch out the chick behind me, on her cell phone thourghout the entire Cyndi Lauper performance, so I just got right in her way for the entire Cher performance to get back at her. I have been keeping busy lately with rehersals for a puppet show I am doing in Hollywood at the Ivar Theatre this Thrusday, I will be working with the guy who used to play Snuffy on Sesame Street, I am in two different peices in this huge holiday festival of puppetry, both are using huge black light responsive muppet type puppets which look so cool, and the puppteers are invisible, all in black so the puppets appear to float and stuff, it's pretty cool, tons of fun. I've also been reading a bunch, spend a couple of days just sitting at home, reading and listening to music. I've read CUNT and Summer Sisters, and have been listening to The Whitlams, Killing Heidi, Skulker and Powderfinger, all Aussie bands, all very cool, especially the Whitlams lately, for the kinda kick back mood I've been in. Not much else has been up with me, just hanging out, trying to enjoy the holidays, enjoy the weeks I have the apartment to myself while at the same time not go crazy from being alone too much. I miss Dennis. For the past two years I've spent Christmas and New years with him, so I've been thinking about him so much lately. But things have been cool, I went and joined Thea at Kareoke last week, and plan to make more of a habit out of it, I had such a great time, I totally understand why she is so addicted to it, it's a total blast.
