Lloyd's black period

I am waiting until I know what to do about Lloyd's turning to the dark side. Hopefully it will pass before I really have to figure it out.

Rachel did not have a terrible two. She had an I'm jealous of the new baby three-and-a-half, but could be disciplined by then.

He has been easy going, besides spending his first five months of daylight snuggled on me in the baby sling. Usually you could deter his bad behavior by telling him he needed to cut the grass. But lately his lawn mower isn't doing it for him either. He didn't even care when it sat out in the cold rain for two days.

He gave Papa a hard time this weekend too, which is unbelievable. He cries. He says no to chocolate milk--he says no to a lot of things. He acts mad. He takes toys away from Dallas and then throws them across the room. He picks him up and drops him--luckily Dallas hits the floor like a weeble-wobble. He breaks Rachel's toys and art projects. He messes up her room. He fights going to bed.

I should have known this was coming when he started calling everything black. Maybe he is sad that the bumblebees have gone away.

This would be a tragedy if I didn't stop to enjoy it.
