Listening to... Age of Wonders (in background)

I never would have thought that building a sand castle was exercise, but I've got the sore muscles today to prove it. My butt, my inner and outer thighs, my arms - all sore. It's hard to stand, harder to sit, and my knees still have a light pink oval on them from kneeling in the grit. I never would have thought it, ever.

Now I go on to a different sort of exercise - going through eldest son's clothes, tossing stuff that doesn't fit or is too worn. Once that chore is out of the way, we go shopping for jeans and shirts for both boys. Exercise of patience. Mine and theirs.

Oh joy.
