Made a new pizza recipe last night, deep dish. (Boy, was it deep!) Got my timing off and we didn't eat until ten, but hey - it was a Friday.

For a first time, though, that pizza turned out very yummy. Next time I'll have to start it in the afternoon - lots of rising time to add in there, sigh.

But we had a lovely evening. Fire in the firepit, music by hubby and younger son, a good friend over to share with. Life doesn't get much better.

Now, I've got a ton of stuff to do - LARA meeting prep work for tomorrow, gardening and writing. The van is in the shop - we're holding our breath at the outcome.
