Christine's New Chapter

So a couple days ago, I told my boss I needed to take a month off so my knees could heal, but that that wouldn't happen because who can afford to take a month off?

Little did I know, my getting laid off was already in the works. The other ASM at my job also got laid off, so I'm not alone - indeed, it's sweeping the nation - but still, somewhat of a shock.

And at home, my internet connection is out, and my cable is out too. Which totally sucks. So call me with any job offers, okay? Lol!

But at least now I'll have time to finish my novel. And the other one, too.

I'm giving myself the weekend off. Since, technically, I had the next three days off at work, anyway...

But, yeah. Not having a job as of 11:30 this morning really sucks. Just when I thought I'd be more or less safe...sigh.

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
