2012-07-12 8:46 AM Nyquil No more Nyquil for me ever again. I had been taking it, with Dayquil, at appropriate times for the sinus drainage and cough. It seemed to be helping. No coughing. I could sleep, I could work. Yup. Yeah, until I got dizzy and I could sleep for 14 hours straight. Apparently if you have high blood pressure you are really not suppose to take those to things. Not really good for you. Like really bad for you. So, I am not taking them any more. AT ALL. Unforturnately, I learned the hard way.
Also, got really depressed and down, almost suicidal. Sill a little there but mood is lifting. Alot of it is still in me, but that I can and will change. B's been really good through all of this, even my really down mood. Just being at work today has made me feel better. So I think most of it was from the medicines. Scary. GD is visiting DD's best friend in AK. She is in the country and is having a blast from all accounts. Climbing trees for the first time. DD said no sneakers were packed so GD climbed the tree barefooted. OUCH. But she's having a blast with the creeks, frogs, snakes, crickets, trees, woods, swimming hole, and all things country. There are two kids her age- and they have been friends since babyhood. This is as good as summer camp for her. I am sure there are arguements occuring. 3 kids ages 12/13 there are bound to be! But, this a break from staying inside writing and listening to music all the time and wearing black. DD says GD started doing that because there are no friends around for her to hang around with, and everyone lives to far away. We are still in the small apartment. Plumbing work still going on, never mind the other repair work they are to do. The new AC is on back order! Read/Post Comments (2) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
