Ladies and Gentlemen of America, I come before you today to tell you the good news. Due to our excellent intelligence sources and the hard work of the men and women in the American armed forces the enemy has been defeated.
That's right. I just got off the phone with Al Gore. Mr. Gore officially conceded for the Howard Dean campaign tonight at 8:3Opm Eastern Time. We have won!

On the terror front we have had a victory as well. The leading terrorist of the world, a very evil man who was in league with terrorists and who intended to terrorize us all, has been captured. He was hiding like a rat in a hole, like a snake in a hole, like a cowardly rat snake in a hole, and we caught him, and now this snake rat man is captured, like a rat, and we have him, and he's not going to terrorize anyone anymore with his hole or his snake.

Remember, Howard Dean has already conceded because of the Al Gore call, and we have defeated a terrible terrorist snake rat man. We will never forget, and always remember, as we stand together, like a rat in a hole.
