I look at the leaves outside, most of them are still radiant oranges, golds, and crimsons. But somehow, the gloomy gray sky seems to overshadow their brilliance, making them appear drab and lifeless. Even those leaves that are scattered on the ground, the ones usually swirl and dance with the wind, are motionless. All huddled to the earth as if they have seen the coming winter and are just trying to cling on and make it through the ice and frigid temperatures. Seems like a bad omen.

"...our autumn goodbye."
