nothing much exciting going on. we had the carpets cleaned and all the crap is out of the den and hallways. and it will NOT be brought back in. now that my son has moved into his own apt we've made his room into an office and are able to put some junk in storage in the closet as well.

my husband has a lot of stuff. too much.

anyhoo, it's all good now. we're going to start painting soon as well.

i feel like i can actually relax in here now. it isn't as busy and crowded like it's been. nice.

have you tried pumpkin ice cream??? or pumpkin spice latte from starbucks??? they are sooooo very good. i went in for cheesecake ice cream and decided to try the pumpkin. it tastes like a pumpkin cheesecake. mmmmmmm

i've always like pumpkin pie and pumpkin soup and even the smell of pumpkin soaps and candles. they just smell so fall-ish and it's my favorite season.

i have to put down a deposit on our trip to canterbury england this week. the trip isn't until the end of july next year, but since it's a group thing everything has to be done waaaaaay in advance.

it's very exciting to think about. we'll be there about 10 days. we will be chaperoning, which consists of making sure the kids are where they're supposed to be on time and getting them into bed on time too. we will work 2 days then have a 3rd free and rotate a schedule like that. so we'll have time for sightseeing on our own away from the group. they have lots of things scheduled to do aside from choir functions, but we're not locked into their activities.

i wondered if i'd ever make it out of the usa. i'm not looking forward to the plane trip tho. the RLS makes sitting still pretty uncomfortable. altho hubby and i went to a play last night. i did ok. the intermission was good. after i sat back down it took a while to get comfy, but the play was good so i was able to concentrate on it and the legs didn't bother me much.

i'll just have to drug myself.

outtamyhead sometimes it all comes outtamyhead, and sometimes i'm just outtamyhead. period. i guess i started this journal thingy out of boredom at a job i used to have. i stay here because i've come to know and love some of the people i've "met". you know who you are!!!
