During the day one of the cable channels broadcast delayed coverage of the curling competition. This went on from noon to after 5 PM.

Let's say I now have a vague idea of the whole curling thing. Yes, it looks quite tricky, but I sure wouldn't want to be at a curling match. I think I might fall asleep--which I did while watching it on TV. I will say that the broadcasters made lots of explanations--which is what gave me the vague idea of what it's all about.

Bad Cat has decided that she does not like to be outside all that much in cold weather. She "escaped" this morning when I went to get the paper, but she bounced right back inside when I left for church and made no effofts to get out again. I expect she'll end up sleeping under my left arm tonight. (CC sleeps alongside my left leg and on top of my feet. Fabian cuddles up next to me when I am watching TV or reading.)

I think the weather forecast for tomorrow includes possible/probable showers. Oh goody--my favorite weather.
