Yep--it's another one of "those" days. Crashingly boring at first glance.

BadCat was out last night, but in the middle of the night I heard a yowl. I turned on the patio light and it looked like another feline had come to visit. Not much more yowling, but BadCat decided to stay inside most of the day.

I got all caught up with the bills and stuff, and even filed the paid bills. I think it's time I tossed out everything more than a year old--I'm running out of space.

I had a prescription to pick up at Walgreen's, so I paired that with a lunch at Arby's. No PJ's today, because of the possibility of the tree man coming by. (He hasn't yet--it's 6 PM.)

The mail had a book I'd ordered--by some guy named Eric Mayer and his wife. It's a mystery set in Constantinople at the time of Justinian I. I read a biography of Theodora, his wife, a year or so ago so I feel relatively comfortable in the time and location. I'll pass it on to YD when I'm finished to add to her mind candy collection, for which she never has time to read.

Didn't I warn you it was a massively unexciting day?
