That's right--just another day. My thoughts are akin to the "bah humbug" at that December holiday.

Did stuff around the house, brushed ?Leo? a bit, lunched at Arby's and vegged caffiened out at PJ's. I released The Cat Who Had 60 Whiskers and saw it being "captured." I could see the book rack from where I was sitting, and a woman spotted the book with its big FREE sign. She looked it over, read about the BookCrossings stuff, then continued on into the shop. Hope she enjoys it AND posts about it. (And sends it travelling again.)

As for my reading--I started another of those seven mysteries I got for $20 total. This is Break No Bones, by Kathy Reichs. This is not her first book by far, and I'll probably be looking for others by her. Her protagonist is a forensic anthropologist filling in at an archaeology field class in South Carolina. Based on my limited experience in Romania--and a bunch of books I've read about prehistory--I "dig" archaeological themes.

The author has quite a c.v., according to the dust jacket.

As I said, today was just another day--another IUD.
