My Incredibly Unremarkable Life

Even though Janice (pet-sitter) spends about an hour at the house, and combs and brushes the cats as well as feeding them, Fabian let me know that he missed me. He wants constant lap time. CC has a LOT to say, although she too got lots of petting.

Lady, however, gave me the ultimate gift--half a mouse in front of the refrigerator this morning.

I am trying to picture her climbing the porch screen door, then going through her little labyrinth, mouse in mouth.

It's a long time since I've been gifted with the front end of a mouse.
