I wasn't really in the mood to do much of anything today, and I think I accomplished that goal quite handily.

My ear gets drops twice a day. Well, after putting in the drops I put my head on its side for a bit, and the best way to do this is lying down.

I also did a bit of picking up and cleaning of the major bathroom. Good thing--when SIL came by to pick up the tickets for tomorrow's game, he needed to make a pit stop.

Around the middle of the afternoon I decided that I could just as well do groceries this afternoon. And as along as I was out by the cheap gas, I filled up my tank. I can get four round trips (~72 mi.) to N.O. from a tank, but I don't like to cut it that close. If I do, I will surely be caught in one of those impossibly involved traffic jams and add to the chaos when my engine sputters to a starved halt.

The raccoons (or one of them) decided that the sort of squishy satsuma was pretty good. There's no sign of it. I've got another one to put out this evening.

LSU is currently working very hard to lose to 'Bama. Last year's LSU coach is this year's "Bama coach.

I just hope the Saints play well tomorrow.
