I was out trying to weed the end of my driveway this morning when the chair I was sitting in tipped over. No big deal and I was pulling myself back up when my neighbor (who'd been getting her mail and had seen the spill) came to make sure I was ok. She saw that I was and said no more. So we conversed.

And she told me that Emma had been eating at her house while thay were gone on a vacation.

It seems that Emma has made friends with their elderly dog and keeps him company. So, when the pet sitter came to feed the beasts, she put wet food(!) down for Emma. This explains why Emma hasn't had much appetite over here. She still comes here to play/hunt with Lady and/or the cat I'm calling Boyfriend, and she'll eat a few bites when I put something down (dry food) and leave the rest for other animals--cat, raccoons, possum, whatever.

Wait till the next time the pet sitter comes for my beasts and finds out that Emma is included!

But that's neat about her keeping an old dog company. Of course, the dog is used to cats, and Emma shared her pre-YD home with a large dog.

When the neighbor's husband returned home we figured it was time to go back to whatever we'd been doing.

I spotted the following on Going Wodwo. And no--I didn't copy but answered the quiz for myself. Maybe GMTA.
