That's another way to describe today.

I had an 8 AM appointment with my orthopedist. An advantage of one that early is that it's too early for him to get backed up. I was on my way about 9 AM.

I see him again in four months.

At any rate, I was at PJ's before 9:15 and I did geek reading for a couple of hours. It was not particularly busy in the morning, at least not in the walk-in part.

Today was cold (for here) and I didn't particularly care to work outside, so I did more reading. And cat-petting. They get very friendly when it's a bit on the chilly side.

I also had a brief sinking spell. (nap)

I plan on going in to work tomorrow. I'll probably wear what passes for a winter jacket, and then in the afternoon leave it off.

The carton I started on last week should be completely processed by the end of my work week. I did twenty cartons of this person's personal papers when I first started about two years ago. She was a reading teacher and her files have stacks and stacks of different teaching tools. This current collection focuses on students with reading problems.

Did I mention today was an IUD? Well, if I didn't, it was.
