I supposedly have some Scotch-Irish in me, which is no doubt why my pills were waiting for me at the New Orleans Walgreen's.
That little bypass must have taken me all of five minutes this afternoon. I was about halfway home, however, when the traffic report came on to tell about an attempt by an 18-wheeler and a train to occupy the same place at the same time. In Slidell. At the crossing I normally use when heading home. Luckily, I had enough notice that I could mentally map out an alternative route on lesser-travelled streets. It worked, and I don't believe the delays I encountered were much more than normal for that route. I plan on being at home tomorrow--stuff to do around the house and other exciting things. And I think the weather is supposed to be good. Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
