A Home Day, and I happily lazed around (more or less) for much of the morning. Of course, I spent a good part of the the time tending the cat--keeping her happy by petting her and making a lap for her.
Eventually I headed out to pick up the prescription at Walgreen's, as well as some other stuff. And from there it was out to PJ's, where I discovered that they have a fantastically yummy turkey/swiss croissant. That took care of lunch, and I read and read for quite a while. Still reading the Fagan book. Eventually I reached a good stopping point in the book and decided that it would be quite wise to fill up the car's gas tank. (The little light came on yesterday on the way home.) And the--(get ready for some excitement--a stop at (where else) WalMart for a few necessities and odds and ends. High on the list was possum chow, aka cat chow. I guess I've used up most of the excuses so tomorrow will end being (at least in part) a Yard Day.
