My Incredibly Unremarkable Life

Basically Blah today.

Nothing wrong or frustrating, but then nothing at all exciting or especially interesting.

Most of today was spent doing Stuff around the house--little things that slowly add up.

Tomorrow I'll be better able to judge the effects of the "stuff."

WalMart was on my stay-away list today, but I did stop at the (relatively) new Walgreen's nearby.

I was not particularly impressed. If you've seen one Walgreen's you've pretty much seen them all.

I chatted with the manager a bit, and gave him a hard time about lack of handicapped transport.

My "regular" Walgreen's is a smaller store and I pretty much know where everything is. And the aisles are enough smaller that side-by-side shopping baskets can be a tight fit. But it's a couple of miles closer and a LOT easier to get to from the road.

I have no thoughts of switching stores, but I was curious about the new one.

As I said--basically blah today.

(But blah beats a disaster or crisis any day of the week.)
