Working on: Can you believe it - I've finished schoolwork for today! For the week! Well, until this weekend when I correct & plan for the next week.

Our third cat joined us a few days ago. His name: "Roman kitty." Roman will drop to his hands and knees and start meowing. He crawls around, rubbing against our legs, and when we move to "pet" him, he'll sprawl out on the floor and roll over onto his back so we can scratch his tummy - just like Merry and Pippen do!

He will carry on like this for long periods - 15 minutes on Sunday. We have given him "special treats" like a kitty too - once he got on his haunches and meowed like Merry - now he eats the special treats out of our hands. It is hilarious!

Here's how Doug got him to eat his Hamburger Helper today - "if you eat another noodle, I'll tickle Mama." Roman popped a noodle into his mouth and raised his eyebrows, looking at me. Silly boy! We also had a triumph on the potty this evening - first time he urinated into the bowl at home. He let Doug know during his bath that he had to go, and sure enough - he did! Hooray! He got M&Ms as a reward.
