Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on.

I received a fax today from a school that wants to go stargazing - on Monday. They said I told them 17 was good, and that the schedule had to be finalized at least two days before. What they didn't know was that it isn't considered finalized until we receive the letter, give them the waiver form for the students to fill out, get them returned and submitted to the Security Office, then give them the starmap for photocopying. All to be accomplished up to two days before the event.

So I called them up saying they have to give the waiver forms here by tomorrow or their stargazing will not push through. I'll also have them process the papers for signing at the dean's office and at the VP-Admin's office, just for them to see it personally if it gets rejected.

It's partially my fault for not faxing them the guidelines for stargazing asap. But these guys already called at least three times, each time asking the same thing and being told the same thing, that they have to submit a letter *first*.

Well, let's see what happens tomorrow. Good thing I don't have anything scheduled for Monday.
