Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on.

I prepared a short lecture for class today, just an explanation of the activity we had last meeting about ellipses. I anticipated that the political parties would be campaigning, but not all of them did, so I ended each class around 10 minutes early. I also segued into the next activity for Monday, giving them the materials they need to bring.

I also finally gave them their midterm exam, and the computation of their midterm grade.

I still have one more class later, but twenty minutes after that's supposed to end, we'll be leaving for the Faculty Retreat in Lipa, which is until Sunday.

That means no blog tomorrow, be back Monday.

My things are already prepared, especially the jacket, since it's been cold here at nights again the past week.

I'm very eager to make new friends from the other departments.
