2006-05-10 11:08 PM Even People In The Real World Can Change Their Minds Student "edition" found at {csi dot journalspace dot com}.
Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on. Today here I will not be talking about the Eco Camp, since most likely whatever I put here concerning that event will be reposted in the student version when I reach into that part of my chronological narrative. What I will talk about here has to do with the incoming fourth year college students who are taking their practicum, which either in this chronicle or the other one I have mentioned before to be consisting of the Computer Science, Information Management and Business Administration majors. I have also written down somewhere here or there that there were some suggestions during our last workshop about interdisciplinary projects the Executive Vice President was thinking for those who do not want (or could not) to take their practicum outside of the school. We had eight students who eventually ended up being stationed in the campus at the start of their seventy hours schedule, six from CS, one from IM and one from BA. And there is one more from BA coming in next week, since she believes she is just wasting her time in the company that accepted her. Now, this - as far as I know - is the only time that the students can change their minds if they do not like what they end up with, unlike with regular classes where it's a big risk to drop an undesired teacher and add a preferred one. Session 1111 dropped but could not add. Class dismissed. Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
