Maybe I shouldn't have started this blog now, not with everything that's been going on. Replying to my friend's email again. I'm assuming the reader can discern between the lines what was being said by the other party. Thanks, dude! With the road safety contest being sponsored by Ford available to us, am seriously considering having a bike/skate lane on the road as one of our suggestions to submit. I don't know when MCS was offered, but it's actually already being phased out. It's actually just one of the options of shifting (including MSIT and MIT) in the same college to get around the maximum required residency limit for those who have not yet finished their degree after a certain number of years, but without having to transfer or not have the taken units uncredited. Besides, masters program instead of master in science hopefully means a thesis-like project but not being as strict in the scope and requirements, making it relatively easier to finish. MPS sounds great. At least it will not force teachers to change the leaning of the lectures depending on whether there are more people from the industry or the academe in their class. The old guidance counselor has already been "sacked" and replaced, although some feel that it's like closing the barn doors after the horses have fled or something, it's still the least the school can do in the face of potential clamor for preventive measures, just like the peer counselors group. What's eerie is that there's another case in the rival campus that has some similar elements, although also some differences.
